Biography

A Maryland native, Dr. Ahmed graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in 2015 and finished her Residency in Internal Medicine at University of Maryland Capital Region Health in 2019. She then completed her Fellowship in Endocrinology at Tulane University in 2021, where she served as chief fellow. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. She treats all endocrine disorders and has an interest in thyroid disorders, pituitary disorders, obesity, and osteoporosis. Dr. Ahmed joined Greenway Endocrinology in December 2021.
